FAQ's
Do my unused website hours carry over month on month?
Unfortunately any unused hours fall away each month. We cannot guarantee that if you save up an amount of hours that you can then suddenly use them in one go as we might not be able to accommodate this. This is why we have taken the decision that your hours will not carry over, but we will always work with you as much as possible to ensure that you are fairly treated.
*Do prices include VAT?
Adarna is not VAT registered as of now. Prices are subject to annual increases. As such final prices will be negotiated before signing on.
When do I pay?
We require payment in advance. Unfortunately, we incur a large amount of costs every month and therefore cannot carry the risk of having to pay for a website for us to then not be able to recoup those costs.
If I have more than one website do I need a separate package per website?
The short answer, yes. Each website package comes with its own costs and therefore each website will need to be signed up on a separate package but we do offer a scaling discount based on the number of packages you take.
Do these packages only apply for WordPress websites?
Yes. The above packages will only apply to a website running WordPress. We are able to assist if your website is not built on WordPress but ask that you please contact us to discuss what you require in order for us to put together the best solution for you.
