It is boasts features that support various automation tools which helps streamline your workflows, such as, generating and segmenting leads, data collection, and invoicing, etc which of course is something we are always looking at doing where we can. Why work harder when you can work smarter? A really cool feature is is that Paperform supports in-form subscriptions, which is the only platform I have come across that offers this.

The form customization is on point with Paperform being able to go beyond just color, theme, and text formatting, you can also add images and videos to make your forms more dynamic, engaging, and interactive.

It is also dead simple to use which is a huge plus and you can make long complex forms in minutes or just a simple newsletter subscription in seconds if you want.

Another big positive is the payment features. You are able to make payments online through this form builder via integrations with different payment gateways like Square, PayPal, Stripe, and Braintree. This is great for placing online orders, on-boarding, consulting etc.

With powerful automation and integrations this form builder is able to do everything you would want and expect. Simple to use, powerful and feature rich the only downside is the lack of a free plan but with afforavle prices that shouldn’t be an issue.

Final Words on Paperform

Once again, we don’t recommend something unless we are or have used it in the past. Paperform is a form builder we have been using for some years now and has been a great alternative for Typeform in both pricing and features. It is one of the most user-friendly form builders we’ve used and requires very little form building experience to get going. We use this both for unique landing pages together with embedded forms on our websites that we can then match to ensure they fit into the theme of the websites they are placed on.

The best part for me is the amount of integrations you get for the price you pay. It comes with all the features you need to scale your business with online payments and subscription creation. While there is no free plan at $15 per month or $12.50 on a monthly plan this is an affordable platform in comparison to its competitors and has everything you need from a form platform.
